Order Issues

When will I receive my order?

All products are produced within 4-7 business days of the order date. Production times begin on the first business day after your order is placed. The transit time for each order depends on the shipping method chosen at the checkout.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

All items except for our trucker hats are printed by Gooten, a print on demand direct to garment manufacturer. Due to the one-off and highly personalized nature of print on demand, we do not maintain stock to exchange items.

While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes sometimes happen. If there is a manufacturing mistake during printing or an item is damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged product, a description of the issue, and the order number. We'll issue a reprint and ship a new product at no cost to you. Please note that all complaints regarding product quality should be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?

You may change or cancel your order or update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an notification confirming your order once it has been placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a notification that will include a shipping tracking number and a link to your order status page.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our international network of vendors uses a variety of carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • Royal Mail

  • DHL

  • DPD

  • India Mail

Do you ship internationally and will I have to pay customs and VAT?

Most products ship internationally. The products that are not available for international shipping are Journals, Notebooks, and Magnets. These products ship to the US only.

Customs fees and VAT are not included in the shipping price, so those costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may take up to 21 business days in transit but are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us with your order number and tell us which product you'd like to return or exchange. We will process your request within 2 business days. Please note that returns and exchanges should be requested within 30 days of purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

You should receive your refund within 10 business days.
